In the Performance Skills → Sensory Processing: Sensory Systems evaluation section, I want to add an area specifically for Interoception.

On the reflexes evaluation section, change the word "delayed" to "present" or "persistent".

When I'm editing a section in a document, don't autosave if I highlight text and accidentally click outside of the edit window.

In the Reflexes evaluation section, allow me to select more than three reflexes.

In the Pain Assessment evaluation section, include more pain sites than the three that are available now.

Display the previous goal value in a daily note. This way we don't have to open up each graph to make sure what they previously demonstrated.

When editing the charges on a daily note, the cursor default to the search field. Have the cursor default to the first open minutes field. Since the billing codes pull forward anyway, I'm usually only editing the minutes and not adding new charges.

When I'm signing off on a daily note, alert me if I haven't completed all the required fields or if there are empty sections.

Allow me to type a negative number in the goal target field.

Add a patient search to Daily Notes, Progress Notes, etc. If I have a lot of drafts, it would be easier to type the patient's name.
