Let me record goal data for left and right side (such as hands or feet) in the same goal instead of in two separate goals.

For Pending docs, show me the date the document was assigned to that user so I know how long it's been waiting.

Show the Medical Record number on all pages of daily notes and evaluations to meet the payer's requirements.

When filling out a daily note's goals, I want to see the patient's goal data for the previous visit.

I want to create a daily note with information from the evaluation, progress note, or re-assessment I just filled out.

Make the Discharge Summary field more visible so physicians don't see the updated goals and then skip to the end of the document without reading it.

When writing in the Assessment section of a daily note allow me to view the goals and goal data at the same time. I need to view the goal data to write the assessment and right now it's a lot of scrolling up and back down.
