When pulling forward activities on a daily note, allow me to specify the time frame I want to pull the activities from. For example, I may want to pull forward all activities that have been on daily notes since the last evaluation-type document.

Allow me a way to lock or limit which users can view completed psych or counseling documentation because we have to enforce stricter access to these documents.

If I add goal comments/notes when completing an evaluation-type document, have those notes entered on the patient's goals page so they appear in the data history.

I want the physician's ID number to show below their signature line because some payers require it on documentation.

Allow me to modify the patient's ICD 10 codes from a document and have that change apply to their patient profile.

When completing an OT evaluation, have a place that allows me to identify the complexity level. We have to document this in our evaluations and it would easier if there was a predefined place.

Allow me the option to include the authorization dates on progress reports so that the payer knows the progress report is for that authorization period.

When completing documentation, allow me to select whether the patient's first name or their nickname appears on the documentation.

If I see a document reminder for progress note, have Fusion automatically open the note and put it in my Not Started tab.
