When I'm editing a daily note, I want the appointment date to always be shown at the top so it's always visible even when I scroll down.

Allow me to update the visit frequency and duration from the daily note so that I don't have to create an evaluation document.

As a therapist, allow me to enter the number of units rather than the number of minutes because that's what I'm used to doing.

Allow me to add a patient to my Docs tab. Sometimes, a patient will come off of another therapist's caseload and onto mine. I want to be able to view their goals or generate a progress note, without having to creating an appointment.

I want the feeding assessment section in evaluation-type documents divided into age groups.

Allow me to be added as a contributor on a document without applying my signature. I review documentation from other disciplines to check for grammar and spelling mistakes and I don't want my signature on the final document.

I like to preview my documents to check for errors and to make sure all the information is there. Allow me to sign the document from the preview so that I don't have to close the preview and then open a new dialog to sign.
