Allow me to set reminders for when an assessment or outcome measure needs to be re-administered. Some have very specific re-administration dates that may not coincide with document reminders.

In evaluation-type documents, I want the ability to select subsections from within a larger section when adding an assessment section. This would allow me to include the subsections that I want/need without having view all available sections.

Allow me to update the visit frequency and duration from the daily note so that I don't have to create an evaluation document.

As a therapist, allow me to enter the number of units rather than the number of minutes because that's what I'm used to doing.

As a therapist, allow me to run a report that will display the date of the last progress note or re-assessment for the patients that I see.

When I'm editing a daily note, I want the appointment date to always be shown at the top so it's always visible even when I scroll down.

If there is only one billing code used and it's a timed code, have Fusion auto-fill the minutes based on the time in/out.

When removing a patient history item from a document, provide a confirmation pop-up to make sure I want to actually delete the item.

Allow me to add a patient to my Docs tab. Sometimes, a patient will come off of another therapist's caseload and onto mine. I want to be able to view their goals or generate a progress note, without having to creating an appointment.
