When completing a document, allow me to rate the goal using some type of scale, such as a number scale or written words. It will allow me to identify progress more quickly than writing a note or narrative.

If the goal has been mastered, add the word "Mastered" to the comment field for that goal in the daily note. It would be easier to view it there rather than underneath the goal.

Allow me to mark goals with a status (e.g. progressing, mastered, etc.).

I use an iPad for documentation and the update isn't compatible with iOS 10 and I'm unable to update my iPad to iOS 11.

If I insert a quick phrase in front of previously entered text, have the cursor appear at the end of the quick phrase and not at the end of all the text in the text box.
