When I choose my goal data type to be "Other", the text field only allows me to type in three letters for the measurement. Increase the character limit to allow me to type more information in this field.

When viewing a patient's list of Completed Documents, I want a search bar to type in what document I am looking for.

Allow me to record the length of the sessions I recommend under the Frequency/Duration section for evaluation-type documents. For example, I may want to indicate that the child is going to be seen 2x/week for 45-minute sessions.

I want to include therapy frequency/duration within in a daily note.

I want progress notes to show the patient's most recent evaluation date.

I want to hide the patient's contact information from daily notes or evaluations.

Allow me to upload pictures or charts and insert them directly in the document.

Include a new goal data type for verbal cues, which would appear the same as assistance levels.

Keep the list of documents that need to be completed in the left sidebar on the schedule tab like they were in old Fusion.

I want the therapist's NPI to show on documentation below their signature because some payers require it.
