When viewing a list of claims attached to a remit, allow me to quickly see what charges were submitted without having to open the claim because it would help me finalize claims faster.

Make me type a confirmation message when deleting an invoice to make it harder to accidentally delete one.

Add a number for each row of an invoice so it's easier to tally the items.

Change the "patient owes" column that appears on the claims and visits tabs in the patient's billing account because the patient may not actually "owe" that amount.

Allow portal users to view balances for non-patient billing accounts.
