Allow me to add nicknames for users. Some users go by different names and it can get confusing when looking at the schedule.

I want the ability to deactivate a physician (e.g. make the profile inactive) but keep all of the details/information associated with that physician.

When managing appointment presets, I want to be able to easily tell whether a billing code associated with the preset is a timed or untimed code.

When adding a physician, allow me to record additional information such as their email address, Tax ID, etc.
