Delete Appointment from Status Updates

I want to delete an appointment from the Status Updates page so I don't have to look it up on the calendar if it should be removed.

    On the pending status update section, can we have a "delete" option in addition to the checked in, patient cancelled, clinic cancelled and no show options?
