Add separate entries and timestamps to note fields, like "Coverage Notes"
I want to keep track of each note a user adds and when it was added, so multiple notes can be maintained with timestamps. For example, a patient's "Primary Coverage Notes" field could allow for multiple notes instead.
When entering "primary coverage notes" on a patient's payer, Fusion should display the date/time stamp and the name of who entered the primary coverage note just like it does on the case note section.
