When completing a daily note... The "time/date" at the top of the page should be moved to the bottom of the page next to where I enter the billing codes and units to make it easier for me to verify the in and out times match time total time billed.
when entering treatment times (time in and out) and the billable time, it should be next to each other in the daily note. Having the time in and out at the top of the note and the billing codes with billable time at the bottom is not as ideal.
