Show me how many minutes my session was based on the time I entered in the Time In and Time Out fields. Having the number of minutes will help when inputting charges so I don't have to calculate this.
In a daily note, I would love it if when we entered the time at the top, it would automatically calculate the number of units at the bottom instead of us having to add the number of minutes they were seen for it to calculate units.
entering the time should auto populate to the activity codes- as i have to scroll up to see my minutes- which doesn't even calculate- so if i enter a 10:03-11:27am time stamp-i have to do the math to figure out my minutes & remember after i enter my note how to balance my CPT codes- there should be a simpler more streamline version of that- either put the time stamp down by the coding or have it auto calculate and show on the bottom when i go to enter the codes
Have Fusion calculate how many minutes I can bill for based on the time I entered in the Time In and Time Out fields. Then also have Fusion count down how many minutes or units I have left to bill when I start entering codes.
It would be nice in the new Fusion if there was a time calculator for distributing minutes for billing that matched the time in/time out for each client (e.g., so that therapists don't accidentally over or under bill for clients, especially with time-based codes). It would also be nice if the schedule/calendar updated to correlate with the time in/time out put in the SOAP note. Our clinic frequently uses the visual of the calendar to track therapists' time.
