When I'm declining a document, don't open another dialog box for me to enter my reason for declining the document. I need to be able to view and reference certain pieces of the document to give my decline reason.
Declining a note from student/other therapist takes up view of entire note. When I am reviewing a student's note and find a mistake, when I hit decline I can no longer look at the rest of the note prior to declining. So if there are 3+ mistakes throughout the note I have to remember all the specifics prior to declining. The old version of Fusion would let you toggle between the "decline comments" and the rest of the note so I could keep a running list of the mistakes. Now it locks you out of the note once that decline box shows up.
