Populate start date when adding goals

When adding goals from within a document, populate the goal’s start date as the date of the document. When adding goals from the Docs tab or the patient's information screen, populate today's date as the start date of the goal. If I change the start date of the long-term goal, have the subsequently added short-term goals populate with the same date.

The goal start date will populate differently depending on where the goal is added. Check out our release notes for more information! https://fusionwebclinic.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1111-release-notes-july-23-2019

I have noticed that when adding new goals and I put the start date for the long term goal, that date won't populate when adding short term goals. Can you please change this??

Would like it to automatically add the date on short-term goals when initially adding a new long-term goal.

I would like to choose a date of the goals on the eval only once, instead of having to re enter that date for each and every goal

Please make the goals default to start on the evaluation date.

When typing evaluation:: If writing up eval on date other than date of service- the goal 'started' date comes up as the date the goal is written NOT Date of service. I had to go back and change each goal date. Can you make the goals come up as DOS of evaluation?
