When entering goal data in a daily note and viewing the goal graph, display the value of each data point. Also, display the value of each data point when viewing the graphs from Patients & Goals in the Docs tab.

In the Goals portion of the SOAP note, when you move your pointer over a specific date, can it disclose what the performance level is as it does in the goals section of the EMR? So if a person is at 20% success in a goal on a certain date, when you move your pointer over that date, it will say "20%".
New update does not show percentage number when provider is updating patient progress in daily note. It is hard to tell what number was entered on last visit. Many of our children do no progress quickly on their goals due to the severity of their conditions. Thus being able to put in small percentages necessary.
