When I hover over a data point on a goal graph in Patients & Goals, show if the data point has a note attached to it like in old Fusion where it read "click to see note".
Hi! It is really difficult to no longer be able to easily see if a goal data point had a comment attached to it from the goal page. Before, I could comment in the note "Goal Met" and then later from the goal page, easily hover over the data point to see if I determined the goal was met that day, and if not, why not. Now EVERY time I check the goals before treating a patient I have to click "data history" for EVERY goal to make sure I didn't consider the goal met the previous week.
It would be nice if when you hover over a point on the graphs that you could click on it and be able to read the note associated with that point like it does on the old Fusion. As of now I have to go back into the history button and scroll through everything until I find what I want which takes longer. Thanks!
