Don't change scroll position in billing

When using the "Back" button to navigate through billing or after finalizing claims, keep me where I was in my scroll position within a claims list, ERA, billing accounts list, etc.

Fusion will now remember your scroll position in areas of the Billing tab. When going back or saving something, Fusion will no longer refresh to the top of the list when working in the following areas: The list of received remittances. The list of claims on a remittance. The claim list. The list of billing accounts. The list of invoices. Keep up to date on the latest changes in fusion with our release notes!  https://fusionwebclinic.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1031-release-notes-april-9-2019

Just a aggravating task that could be fixed. when going to received remittances and clicking on what you want and then try to go back and go from where u started it takes you back to the top and so if your at the bottom going through things you have to scroll and scroll down to where you were instead of it keeping your place.

While working in Billing, in Claims and Reviewing, when I go into a claim but then go back out to claim list the claim I was in moves up/down on the list, which gets very confusing. In the old system the list would stay in the order it was, which made it easier to keep track when going in and out and between claims. Hope this makes sense.

Within the Billing section of received and invoices it would be nice if it stayed in the location I had been working on versus scrolling back up to the front after exiting an EOB or invoice. Thanks!

I am working in the new Billing. I am having to enter EOBs. It is awful and time consuming that every time I enter 1 patients amounts the screen jumps back to the top. Why can't it just come out of the patient's enter amounts at the same point where you go in?

I would like to see some changes when working remittances. When working on very large remits, like Blue Cross Blue Shield I like to finalize claims as I'm working through the EOB. The only problem with the new version is that when I finalize a claim it moves me back to the beginning of the remit. This means that I have to scroll all the way back to where I was last. The old version allowed you to finalize a claim and it would remain in the same part of the EOB. Is there a way that this could be fixed to stay where you are in the EOB?

I know this has been suggested, but add me to the list as a user who suggested the same. In billing, under the remittances tab (received) there is a time saver that users would love to see fixed/created. Anytime you click into a certain remittance to finalize claims, then click the blue arrow at the top to go back to the list, it takes you all the way back to the very top of dated remittances. Then you have to scroll all the way back down to find the dated remittance where you left off. My suggestions: when you click the blue arrow to go back to the list, have it take you back to the date you were just in, not all the way back to the top. This would be a major help and time saver to the user. Thank you.

Some feedback regarding working a list of claims or remits: When working down a list of remits, if I scroll down and open a remit, work through it, then use the breadcrumb/back arrow to get back to the original list, it brings me back to the top of the list. I then have to scroll back down to find wherever I was on the list to work the next line every time. This is the same when working through claims in a patient account. It would be more efficient if when using the back arrows, it went right back to where you were on the page. Without this feature, there is no benefit to using the back arrows versus just using the main toolbars to get back to the page you were initially using. Thanks for considering this feedback!

In Billing, each time you move on to the next claim, all of the scroll bars go back to the top--so each claim requires scrolling down, selecting claim type (Paid/not paid are below where I can see)---then scroll down the 1500 form to see the amount paid so I can click on finalize --and select pt acct or secondary. In Old Fusion if you scrolled down, it stayed there so when the next one was opened, it was already positioned appropriately. Too much extra scrolling needed--my thumbs are getting sore!
