Display Unread Messages at the Top

If a new message comes through, display it at the top so I can find it and view it quicker.

    The newest messages are now displayed at the top of Fusion messaging. You can filter the messages to only display "read" or "unread". Please see https://fusionwebclinic.helpscoutdocs.com/article/979-release-notes-december-14-2018 for more information!

    Fusion email should bump emails to the top when there is a new comment in a conversation. Because as administrator I send way more emails than each therapist gets, sometimes I am needing to scroll down through 3-4 screens before coming to the conversation someone replied to.

    If a new message is added to an old thread move the message to the top of messages. If a message was originally sent in Oct but people are still commenting in the thread it would be easier to see the thread at the top of messages rather than scrolling through to find it. It is in bold text but you still have to search for it.
