Make "other" appointments grey even if user color selected
Currently, "other" appointments are only grey when viewing preset appointment colors. Keep "other" appointments grey, regardless if I am viewing user colors or preset appointment colors on the calendar.
When choosing the "User" setting on the calendar colors. It would be useful to keep
"Other Event/Meeting" Gray or a dark-obvious color. Same with "Initial Evaluation", "Re-Assessment", "Dishcharge", and "Progress Note" appointments. The little yellow circle that shows up on the colored appointment is less obvious - it would be nice if those appointment types could also remain completely yellow as they are in the preset option.
On the schedule, it would be helpful to have other events show up as a generic color when having the filter for users on as well as another single generic color for initial evaluations.

If the "Other Event/Meeting" type of appointment could still be in grey, I think that would be visually helpful for our team.
