Greater visibility of alerts in patient information
We need to be able to see the patient alerts quickly from the patient's information and right now they don't stand out as much. It's easy to scroll past them.
There needs to be an option for an urgent alert so when you open a patients' account that has an urgent alert the alert would pop up immediately. For example if a kid has a peanut allergy or if a kid should only be picked up by a certain parent it would be nice to have an urgent alert option that would pop open a box anytime their file is opened
