Keep Short-Term Goals Displayed when Marking Goals as Mastered
When marking short-term goals as mastered, keep them displayed rather than collapsing back under the long-term goal so I don't have to click to show them every time.

Short-term goals are now automatically displayed with the option to hide them rather than the reverse.
Currently on the new system setting up mastery is a little cumbersome. Every time, I have to pen "short term goals", click a goal, put the information in, then it takes me back to the long goal and I have to hit "short term goals again", edit one goal, then it sends me back to the long term goal, etc. I hadn't set up mastery for one kid and he had several short term goals so this was a bit cumbersome.
