Populate default message when sending documents

Allow me to set a default message for faxes and emails. I use the same message every time, and this would make me more efficient.

    In the old version of Fusion, there was a simple statement when faxing a document to the doctor. Something like, "please review the attached document". It is not present in this new version. Can that be added? Less steps for the therapist to complete when sending out documentation.
