Please allow the option to add all of the "clinical findings" (strengths, performance impairments, functional limitations, summary) section to the plan of care. It is very important that when a plan of care is sent to a physician, that more than just the goals section and planned interventions are communicated... These areas were part of the plan of care last week, but have been removed as of this week.
