When entering visit frequency, allow me to select "other" from the drop-down menu that opens a text field so that I can add different options. This feature was available in old Fusion and sometimes I see patient's at a different frequency than the predetermined selections available in Fusion.

The "Visit Frequency" field is now styled in a way to indicate that you can type whatever response you would like rather than being limited to the listed options.
When completing a progress note or evaluation, having the ability to customize the frequency under the planned interventions would be beneficial. Currently the drop down options are 1x/week-5x/week but being able to type in a different option such as 1x/month would help the documentation be more accurate to our treatment plans.
In the new update, when writing an evaluation, I am unable to choose a visit frequency that isn't 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x/week. I frequently have children that I see 1 or 2x/month and appreciated the "Other" option in the old version of fusion.
Under frequency of visits, I need to have more than just times per week. I see several patients twice monthly, or once monthly. I even see a few once every three months. I need a way to reflect this on my treatment plan, evals, re-evals, etc.
Add "other" as an option for frequency and duration of therapy. We often see clients 1x per month, or 1x every other week, or decreasing frequency. Please add a write-in section. Thank you
