When adding a goal, allow me to edit and set the mastery settings in the same dialog.

    When inputting goals have the mastery question there so we don’t have to go back and add perameters for mastery in another location

    When adding a goal in the docs tab-would it be possible to have the mastery options listed right under the goal so you dont have to go back out to another screen to add the mastery option??
