Add paid stamp back to invoices

Add the Paid stamp back to invoices. It was a great visual for caregivers to easily see the invoice was paid.

    A "Paid" stamp will now appear on balanced invoices, both when viewed in Fusion and when printed. Keep up to date on the latest changes in fusion with our release notes!  https://fusionwebclinic.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1022-release-notes-april-2-2019

    Not super thrilled with the new look of the invoices. I really enjoyed the "PAID" that used to appear across the invoice when the account was reconciled and balanced... Lisa

    Please bring back PIAD note on invoice after it has been paid. We loved that feature!
