Allow me to receive faxes through Fusion. Receiving faxes through Fusion would ensure they are compliant and would save me time from having to scan and upload them into Fusion.
I am required to have a fax number for receiving prior authorizations from Colorado Medicaid. It would be a vital feature if my fusion account would fill this need.
Could medical providers fax signed documents (such as initial evaluations, progress notes) back through Fusion? Currently, we fax our reports through Fusion's secure portal (love this!). However after it is signed by the provider, the return fax goes to our print/fax machine, printed off, and then our Office Manager uploads the documents into the patient's Fusion account. This is wasting lots of paper and there is the time used component as well. If each clinic had an assigned fax number within Fusion- the documents could be accessed by each clinic and remain within the security of Fusion. This would save on paper being printed then immediately shredded and time spent uploading to patients' accounts. Thank you for considering, Lisa
