I would love to get either an email or alerts somehow if someone else makes a change in my schedule. I have had a few times where our front office made a change of canceled a client and I don’t see it until it’s too late or right before. If I had gotten a notification outside of Fusion, such as a email, it would have fixed a lot of the issues.

Another suggestion is if someone cancels their appointment it would be nice if there was an option to notify the providers through the cancellation process.

It would be great if Fusion would automatically send providers an email whenever there was a change to their schedule.

We would like to suggest to have a message/alert sent to a therapist when their schedule changes during the current day. Future schedule changes aren't as critical because the therapist can view it going forward. This would allow the therapists to know of schedule changes and adapt quicker.

When I am suddenly scheduled a patient/the patient is moved over to one of my open spots, I am unable to see that when I am writing an evaluation, progress note, or daily note. I think having a notification similar to the "So and so has checked in for their appointment" would be good to include (i.e., so and so has been placed on your schedule for this time and date). :)

Hi! Is there a way we could get a notification (like we do when someone cancels) that notifies us of last minute patients being placed on our schedule for that particular day? For instance, frequently I will have what I think is a "break" in my schedule, but then happen to check again and that spot has been filled. I would love if there could be a pop up notification to let us know if someone is suddenly put on our schedule. Thanks for listening!

Notification if patient was added to therapist's schedule same day (similar to when patient cancels)

Clinics would like to receive text notifications of changes to a patient's appointment (i.e, cancellations, rescheduling, new patient) Therapists are not always able to access Fusion throughout the day

As a therapist, allow me to receive a notification (similar to the check-in alerts) if a new session is scheduled for that day so I don't have to keep checking the calendar to see any schedule changes.

When a new patient is scheduled, have Fusion notify the therapist. The therapist doesn't know that they have a new patient until they view their schedule and a new patient takes additional time to prepare for.
