Search drop-down menus using down arrow

When adding/editing goals, allow me to "tab" down to next option instead of having to click. This will increase my speed in goal writing.

Hi! When I am typing under "sensory systems" in an eval, and I type up a word, a phrase appears in the drop box (yay!), but if I tap the down arrow or tab, it won't pull up to the text box. I have to physically click. It would make things much smoother to do everything on the keyboard when typing. Thanks!
