Simplify invoices

Invoices are overwhelming to read with the additional columns. It's more difficult to piece out the information.

    Patient invoices are very confusing for the customers. Can you please take off the written off portion? Or make it an option what to include on the invoice? Right now we are creating a new invoice on quickbooks because almost everyone calls in to "understand" their invoice sent from Fusion. It is double entry for us, but makes our patients happier.
