Provide a Prompt if I Exit a Section without Saving
When I'm editing a section in a document (e.g. Patient History) and I close the dialog by clicking the "x", provide a prompt to make sure I want to exit without saving. If I accidentally click the "x" after editing the section, I don't want to lose all of my work so easily.

All sections in documentation are now editable inline, and you will be prompted to save if you attempt to exit a section without clicking the "Save" or "Cancel" buttons.
