Change appointment time based on time in/out of document

When I enter the time in and out on a daily note or document, update the appointment on the schedule to reflect that same time.

    It would be helpful if the calendar updated to have the time for the session that was written in the note, so that therapist does not have to go back and update time if the session ran long.
