When attaching a file to a document, have the file name populate with the name of the file I have uploaded so I don't have to enter the same information twice.

The name of the file will now default to the name of the document in Fusion.

I would like to see the attach document process changed in a future update. When we upload a document under the documents, it makes you name it. This is one extra step that takes a lot of time when uploading the signed report from the physician. I would like it to be the same process as uploading documents to the patient chart. If we don't assign a name, the document auto names it to the original file name. The previous version of Fusion allowed us to add the report and keep the original document name without retyping it. I would love the new version of Fusion to do that as well.
When attaching a file to a document, would like the naming to be optional rather than required to upload. I often have my documents named prior to uploading and the requirement adds an extra step that was not present with the old Fusion.
