Don't ask me to confirm when submitting charges

When I submit charges from a daily note, a confirmation box appears asking me if I want to submit charges. This extra dialog that wasn't in old Fusion means I'm clicking more to submit charges.

    Submitting charges will no longer bring up a confirmation dialog! We've also made other changes to streamline submitting charges in a daily note. Check out our release notes for more information! https://fusionwebclinic.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1172-release-notes-september-24-2019

    Decrease step needed to submit charges per soap note. Currently need to scroll, put in charge time, click on "not distinct charges", choose supervisor, save, select submit charge, verify that you want to submit charges.
