Add expected payment field to patient information

When you scroll over the patient appointment, you'll see the "expected co-pay" and then a number, if they have a co-pay. however, i would like to see a line that says 'expected payment" or something like that so that we can scroll over the name when determining who needs to pay for the day (for anything else like the self-pay, etc, not for account balances). Could that be done ASAP? thank you!

Will you please add a $ so I know who pays me at check out vs who is an actual patient that has a medical alert.. As of right now I have to add an" alert" on the account to notify checkout they will owe $$ and to collect payment.
