Format text in documentation (bold, italicize, etc.)
When completing a document, allow me to change the text so that I can include bolded, italicized, and/or colored text to show different information or highlight important information.
I am not sure about other disciplines, but in Speech-Language Pathology, we were always taught to underline test names. Is there any way to underline, bold, use italics, etc in Fusion, when writing in open ended boxes? Thanks!
It would be great to add typographical emphasis (underline, italics, and bold) onto Fusion for assessments/reassessments, progress notes, discharges, etc....
