Payer specific automatic secondary claim creation

In certain payer situations (Texas Medicaid as Secondary Payer) a secondary claim would need to be created even though the primary PR is $0.00. Currently, the default action in Fusion is to close out the claims process. In these situations, a secondary claim would need to be automatically created. Suggest adding a toggle to allow the option to automatically create the secondary claim.

    Is it possible to somehow be able to alert or notify from the Remit screen if there is a secondary payer. Currently we have to go into the claim to force a payment to forward to a secondary, which is fine, but as a large clinic with multiple locations it is very hard to remember the patients that do or do not have a secondary. Most of our allowable rates from the primary payer are lower than the secondary allow, so missing those secondary payments adds up over time!

    We need to be able to make a claim rule for our Early Steps (State Early Intervention) payer that if the primary does not pay and does not assign a patient responsibility, when we finalize the primary payer it would default to the secondary payer. Currently since it doesn't assign a patient responsibility it won't default to the secondary so now it is a manual process.
