Generate one document across multiple evaluation appointments
Our evaluations spread across more than one appointment. Allow me to create multiple evaluation appointments, but only have one evaluation document generate with all of the dates included on the document.
We would like to suggest adding a field where you can place to dates of service on one evaluation. Example: A patient may come in for 1 hour but not tolerate the entire evaluation that day so another appointment is scheduled to complete. We would like there to be an area at the top that would allow us to put two different dates and times.
