When viewing a patient's completed documents from the patient information screen, remove the default date range that populates. I don't want to have to guess how far back the notes go just to find their initial evaluation.

There is now no default date range applied to patient's completed documents.

When searching a client's file for a specific type of document, such as an initial evaluation or progress report, there should be no date filter. The way that it is currently set up makes it challenging to find an actual document, such as the initial evaluation, because you have to guess the right date range, and it has to be done in the right sequence (first select document type, then select date range). It is important to be able to pull up a client and quickly access these documents.
