Manually change last assessment / last progress note date
Allow me to manually change the Last Assessment or Last Progress Note date in the patient's information. Sometimes we see patients that have had evaluations done at another clinic.
Please allow us to adjust the Last Progress Note Date - right now if it's entered incorrectly we cannot go back and fix and this makes for an incorrect Progress Note Reminder in the future
