Allow me to write a note and apply it to multiple claims. If we're having an issue with a specific insurance it would be easier to type the note once and apply it to multiple claims rather than typing it over and over for every one.
There needs to be a place where I can enter a remit note. I have a remit where the payer paid all of 24 claims at an incorrect amount so I called the provider to have all of the claims reprocessed. Instead of having to go into all 24 claims to enter that note, it would be nice if there was a remit note that could then apply that note to all 24 claims.
