Don't change scroll position when entering goal mastery

When I'm putting in criteria for goal mastery for multiple goals, after I save one goal, keep me in the same position of the goal list. After I save one goal mastery, the page refreshes and takes me back to the top of the list of goals and I have to scroll back down.

    When setting mastery for goals, it is taking a very long time for each step to load. It would also be easier for the page to stay where you were, rather than re-loading after mastery is set and having to scroll back down to the last goal mastered to find the next one. This is very time consuming when establishing several goals following an evaluation.

    When I use the star symbol on the goal document to put in tracking information, after I put in for one goal then it loads and brings me back to the top of the document vs bringing me back to the next number goal. So, if I have 20 goals when I'm setting it to track after typing an evaluation it takes longer to scroll and find where I left off last time. I have now started reverting back to old fusion to use the star symbol to avoid this completely.

    When setting goal mastery for my patient's goals, keep my place in the list of patient's goals. Right now when I save a mastery setting, the page reloads and jumps me back up to the top causing me to lose my place in the list.
