Add original reference number to claims report

Include the original reference number on the claims report. I have to record this information for a particular insurance and it would be easier if I could run a report that would show these numbers.

    We have to send spreadsheets constantly to payers but there is no report that pulls that payers claim reference number onto the spreadsheet. We have to manually add this ref number from box 22 of the claim. Please create a way to pull these numbers onto the claims spreadsheet.
