Communicate between a document's therapist, contributors, and co-signer
As a participant on a document, I want to communicate back and forth with the document's therapist, contributors, and co-signer, rather than only the co-signer being able to send a message when it's declined.
When sending to a contributor, make a section for notes to recipient. That way I can indicate what I want the recipient to add i.e. when collaborating on an evaluation, I can do my portion and then send to the other therapist and let her know that she needs to comment on fine motor or visual motor, etc.

When a note is declined for correction my supervisor is able to leave a comment indicating the issue. Is it possible to send a reply back to the "supervisor" when "signing" the note?
