Allow me to remove patients from the Docs tab → Patients & Goals. I may have only treated a patient once for another therapist and I no longer need them displayed.
Make the "Patients & Goals" tab editable. This list has every kid I have ever worked with. We should be able to edit this as needed to include only our active pts. for which we are the primary treating therapist.
If a patient is seeing therapist A and then tranfers care to therapist B, I want to be able to remove them from the caseload of therapist A so that they appear on the patient list for therapist B instead.
Allow individual therapists to remove patients from their patient list (without discharge)-- for example, if a therapist has covered a patient for one appointment but does not regularly see them.
Is there a way to edit our patient list? It's overwhelming to see all patients I've recently seen. My patient list includes names of children I have only seen once or twice to cover for another therapist. They are still receiving services with another therapist in our agency. I would like to be able to remove them and also discontinue receiving reminder notifications about these children.
