Bill multiple visits of same service type on one claim
Allow me to combine same day appointments of the same service type onto one claim form. We see patients that come in for an individual session and then are later seen for a group session. We want both visits to be on the claim form.
I wish that if a child was seen for individual and group treatment within the same discipline in the same day, there was a way to link the notes and merge the claims. To make the documentation/claims clearly reflect what treatment was received and billed by whom.
