Match Clinical Impression sections to International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health Categories: 'Body Structure & Function Impairments', 'Activity Limitations', and 'Participation Restrictions'. Current categories appear to be a mix-up with 'Performance Impairments' and 'Functional Limitations' using some of these words in random combination.
