Show decline note to co-signer

As a supervisor, show me what I originally typed as the decline reason. I want to be able to see the reason I declined the note in the first place, to ensure that the therapist corrected what needed to be changed. This would speed up the process of sign-offs.

need to be able to re-read the note I have declined a note as a Co-signer, the decline reason will only appear to the Primary Therapist on top of the Document, there is no way to verify the notes again. I need to see this note again - so I can recall what changes needed to be made

When a document is sent back to the original therapist from the signing therapist there is a "note" on what is wrong. When it returns to the signing therapist the "note" on what to fix is gone. In the past it use to be there and was helpful for remembering what we had them fix and saved time. Is there anyway we can have those "notes" return when the documentation is sent back after the correction is made?

I am a reviewer for notes for my COTA. When I decline a note, it gets sent back to her and of course she then fixes it, but by the time this has happened, I have read so many other notes and I no longer have any clue why I originally declined the note. So instead of just checking to make sure the one specific error was corrected, I have to reread the entire note again. This gets very time consuming, especially when you are reading 100+ notes per week and many get declined!! It would be great if the reason for being declined could still appear in red at the top of the note when I get it back (just like how it shows for my COTA when I decline it back to her) so I know what to go back and check for!
