Adjust Size for Goal Notes in Evaluation-Type Documents
When editing an evaluation-type document using a smaller monitor, the goal notes section becomes very narrow and it's difficult to read what I've typed. Adjust the size so that I can see more of what I type when I'm using a smaller monitor.

The Notes field for goals will now appear correctly if the device or browser window is small.
