Pull forward patient history from one discipline's evaluation to another
For patient's that see multiple disciplines, allow the history to pull forward onto each evaluation so that it doesn't have to be typed out every time.
If disciplines share the same patient that they can pull forward information from the evaluation or add other disciplines as contributors instead of having to input medical history multiple times.
Allow Health History to be "pulled forward" from other disciplines' reports for evaluation report. Oftentimes much of this information is the same --and can then be modified as needed to specific discipline.
